We are a new business that can help with any size project by taking on the role of your Health and Safety Representative, we will ensure that all the necessary Health and Safety documents are in place before the contract starts, we can review The Construction Phase plan, Risk Assessments and Method statements produced by the Principle Contractor, the Contractor, and the Sub Contractors, and we can also carry out weekly, bi weekly or monthly site audits (whichever you prefer), where we visit your site to inspect the health and safety on site, and will then produce a written report for you on the site conditions and practices.
We have over 50 years’ experience within the Construction Industry, and over three years’ experience as a Health and Safety Officer for one of the larger Construction Companies on island. We are qualified through NEEBOSH and are an associate member of The Institute for Occupational Health and Safety, AIOSH.
We can either provide you with a fixed quote for the duration of your project or we can provide a cost list of the various services we carry out and charge on an individually priced basis for whichever services we provide.
